For the purpose of earnestly carrying out the examination and approval system of Processing Trade and further regulating the procedure of this regard , we ask all the undertakings engaged in the business of processing trade to perform your application in compliance with the following rules:

Ò» Documents and Materials Required in the Application
¢å Records of the Enterprise
Enterprises shall transmit its recording data through the net or floppy first, then provide the following materials:
Operating Unit: the Operating Authority Approval Documents or Approval Certificate (Copy)of foreign invested enterprises ,the Operating Certificate Duplicate(Copy).
Processing Undertakings: the Production Capacity Warrant issued by the Foreign Economic and Trade Department in charge above the County level stationed at their register place(one Original Document and one Copy),the Operating Certificate (Copy).

¢æ Ordinary Processing Trade
Enterprises shall transmit its recording data through the net or floppy first, then provide the following materials;
1 Processing Trade Application Form (1 copy)
2 Import Materials or Accessories List and Export Finished Product List(1 copy for each)
3 Import and Export Contract Original and Duplicate Copy (1 copy for each, and main clauses put into Chinese)
4 Processing Agreement (2 copies)
¢ç Alteration of Contracts
Supply the altered data through the net or floppies within the canceling period before submitting the Application Form for Processing Trade Alteration and the related materials.
¢è Revocation of Contracts
Prepare the Revocation Application and related Materials.
Common Seals are required on these materials.


¢é Free Tax Import Materials¡¯ Sale in Domestic Market
1 Application Report for Domestic Sale added the Common Seal (Describe in detail the facts of Canceling after verification and reasons for domestic sales);
2 Import and Export Contracts of the Processing Trade (Duplicate)
3 Import and Export Contracts of the Processing Trade (Duplicate)
4 Custom Register Handbook of Processing Trade (Original)
5 Recording List of Import and Export Materials, and Recording List of Export Finished Product and the Import Materials Consumption (Duplicate)
6 List of the Sale in Domestic Market of the Import Materials
7 Revocation Agreement (excluding the Domestic Sale of Residue Materials)
